 From July 8, 1997 until Dec 31, 2003, here are the top contributors to
the NAV-L email list.  I have listed all those who contributed at least
10 posts during this period, with statistics following.

As usual, I determined this through scanning through over 12 MB of
email text with an Awk script.  It is quite accurate, but may be
slightly high due to replies being accidentally counted once in a
while.  I did my best to filter those out, but to do a perfect job
would have taken a lot more time.  This is still pretty indicative of
who is on the list the most.
