Here is an extract from Norie 1943. I do not know the answers to the questions I am about to ask. In addition note that I am not asking Frank to give away his IP.
What is Pagel's method?
What is Wallers's method?
What is Frank's method?
Are the above methods similar or is it just a coincidence that they all have "A B" in their titles?
Did Waller devise a new method of navigation? Would he be more well known if he had not unfortunately died before publishing his tables? Or is it simply a matter of whih side of the Atlantic you are on?
