Yes, I think you're correct. PayPal apparently doesn't offer that "no account" option outside the US. But I see you were able to make a contribution anyway, and for anyone else outside the US, you would also apparently have to create a PayPal account with your details. It's not a big deal --though it's an extra step, and I apologize for the nuisance. They just want the usual payment details, and you can use the account that you create for other payments online (no cost, of course). PayPal is simply a credit card processor.
