It's been a couple of years since I put out a call for NavList Operations donations. A couple of you have very generously made contributions off-schedule, without being asked, and I very much appreciate that! If some of the rest of you could pitch in $20 or some other amount that would help tremendously. You get several hours per week of my management time at no real cost, but we do have fixed expenses for web hosting and other IT services. NavList's data files occupy over 8 gigabytes of space. That's next to nothing on a device in your home, but it's still a lot in the world of web hosting. We also generate around 30 gigabyes of monthly traffic (mostly search engines). Sorry to interrupt the navigation discussion, but operations costs are a real concern.
