The NavList message boards are located at fer3.com/arc. There you can access some eighteen years of messages as well as links to other resources. I maintain all of this myself (that's how my initials ended up in the web address since I had that site available for a new purpose ...eight long years ago), but of course the content belongs to individual NavList members and it is the community that makes all of this possible.
