    Whenever I send an email to anyone, I send a copy to myself.  I always receive the copy I send to myself; it is the copy through NavList that seems to get lost.  This includes the Gary/Greg error message.  Maybe it is not AOL, or maybe it has something to do with "To" vs. "cc"

    I hope you can make some sense out of this.
