Unfortunately, the link does not work for me. (Connection timed out...) I only found the article itself under:

But then again, it does not provide the tables. Is there anyone here who is using this method and the tables? I'm really interseted in that method...
There is a script on generating the tables here but I don't know how to run it and to produce the tables in a format that can be used in practice:
