Here are the sight reduction forms (plain text format, now zipped) that Stan attached to his previous message. By the way, there is no issue opening the text file with Notepad, or any other tool capable of viewing a plain text file, so long as the font is set to a fixed pitch font (e.g. some variant of the standard Courier font).
