From reviewing PaulH's statistics for Ageton (with Lat and Dec limited to less than 70o) average error is about .67' and the worst error 3' as you get to a t of about 82o , by 87o worst error is 18.5' then you switch to Sadler and the errors improve some until t gets to 90o then start getting worse until t gets to about 97o when you switch back to Ageton and the errors start improving.
If you went all the way to 90o with Ageton the worst error would be 31'.
Bayless and Pepperday are a bit worse than Ageton because the tabulated values are for whole minutes of arc rather than 1/2 minutes like Ageton.
