Biomechanically it requires much less energy to stand than to kneel, so I presume there would be less shakyness to disturb results. If for no other reason that it is moe comfortable to stand than to kneel. Having shot thousands of AH sights, I recommend: 1) use a morror AH and 2) put this on a small but sturdy waist height table. You get the bigger field of view and the comfort of standing. I have taken very low angle sights where getting a good limb view might call for placing your feet wider apart by an inch or two and these adjustments in veiwing position would be difficult when on your knees.
