Bob,
What David and Herbert wrote is spot on. I'd like to add this: Notice how the advanced Venus LOP crosses the advanced Sun LOP on the DR track. That's a good sign, because they crossed on the DR track before being advanced. Now, notice how the 2107 LOP moves the fix by what looks to be about ten minutes of latitude in the direction of 184°. If the Venus LOP were expected to exactly confirm this fix, it would've had to have crossed the [yet to be advanced] 1624 LOP at about ten minutes south (184°) of the DR track, instead of on the track as plotted. Eyeballing it as is, I would mark the new fix just left of the base of the "10" inside the cocked hat. In other words as Herbert said, you're doing it right. Just my $0.02, and I hope that helps. :)
Regards,
Sean C.
