Ageton Classic Table Modification

Herman Dekker has modified the last page of the Ageton Classic table to show degree ranges for each page (see attached PDF). Another way to do this is to simply jot in the degree range in the upper right margin of each page.
For some reason Herman isn't getting my replies via NavList or direct email ? He is posting from the Netherlands I think.
