Do you mean the street sign over the road. It says "Tech Center Pkwy" with an arrow pointing left and "Hogan" with an arrow pointing right. That does narrow it down quite a bit! We could also consider the signage indicating that the shopping plaza has a Whole Foods, a DSW (shoe store), and an Ulta (cosmetics store). I mean, how many shopping areas in the USA could have those three stores* ?
It was interesting trying to match things up in Google Street View (see below). Trees disappear from one spot to the next. Even the signage over the street changes. It seems the Street View imagery was acquired over a period of time when significant commercial development was happening here.

*For those reading along who have not shopped much in the USA, the answer is "far too many shopping areas". Strip malls are a monoculture across the country.
