Welcome to the group, Julian!
I haven't come across any "archives" with that type of source material, but a number of pedagocial sources come to mind. The various editions of Weem's Air Navigation have some cool images of flight planning forms and charts. I'm attaching a LF Range example from the 3rd edition (which is available online), and flight log from the SFO-HNL example flight in the 5th edition.
If you haven't read the 7-part Air Navigation series published by the U.S. Navy, it's top notch. I'm attaching a photo of their example flight plot from Part 7 of the series.
Since you mentioned an interest in how historical air routes changed with advances in equipment, you'll find some of that information (from primary sources) in "The Navigator's Story: A compendium of stories by former airline navigators," which is available from Celestaire.
I'm definitely interested in this topic, so please keep me posted if you find any good resources.
