Dan - I don't know about a specific celnav aircraft plotting board other than the one on the back of a Polhemus computer, but I've done (for fun) celnav LOPs using the Polhemus, the USN Chart Plotting Board Mk 6A, Chart Plotting Board Mk 7, and the wind side of a CPU-26/E6-B. I will include pictures. If there is something that you see that toggles a memory bit, let me know and I can send more information. Of these, the Mk6/6A is the oldest and I believe originates in the WW-II single pit aircraft for navigating to the target/search area and then back to the boat. The Mk7 is kneeboard sized and is a VNW era item. The Polhemus is definitely Cold War.
