Okay, with a revised, topocentric SD of the Moon (thanks to Paul), I have arrived at these figures:
Start: 03:56:46 UT1 (16.269')
Minimum: 04:17:31 UT1 (12.184')
End: 04:37:41 UT1 (16.242')
Paul also mentioned the error in MICA's delta-T prediction. This is also something I have been thinking about lately. I wonder when the USNO will see fit to update the prediction file. See attached graphs for errors.
