Fred, you have it exactly right. Also, Brown's Almanac (Glascow), and Reed's
Almanac, are claimed by the British Almanac Office to be paying royalties
too.  Celestaire/ Paradise Cay does now sell our almanacs in the UK through
several firms such as Kelvin Hughes, Imray, and Sea Chest. Inroads have been
slow due to fear of the chart agents to ruffle the feathers of the British
Admiralty who have an economic interest in sales of the almanac
