Thanks Frank. I am not even sure if the accelerometers can figure out where the vertical is since they seem to need calibration on a know surface first.
I keep waiting for a computer program or app that can do the calculations from photos. Like the USAF star tracker system, but with fewer classified stamps on it. Perhaps someone can get a DARPA grant to make a pocket-able star tracker camera.
