There were NO RDF bearing taken by Itasca or any other location on her radio transmissions while she was in flight. Itasca did not have the capability to take bearings on 3105 khz, the frequency that Earhart transmitted on since Itasca's RDF only covered 270 to 550 khz. After the disappearance there were bearings taken on unidentified radio signals that some people believe came from her airplane after ditching or crashing on dry land. NONE of these radio signals had any identification, no "this is Earhart" or "this is KHAQQ" nor "de KHAQQ" nor, in morse, " -.. . -.- .... .- --.- --.- "
