Most pdf files do have bookmarks which are reasonably equivalent to a table of contents in a digital document. You can access the list of bookmarks in any decent pdf viewer by looking for the little "pennant" icon (see attached image). In the versions of the "Bowditch" pdfs I uploaded previously, the bookmarks were a bit cryptic and included evidence of my assembly steps. I have since cleaned those up so that the bookmarks will suffice as a nice table of contents. In the original, the various tables in vol.2 were listed numerically --only. I have taken the liberty of adding the names from the tables. The "cleaned up" versions are already available for download at the same links as before. If you downloaded before 1630 UT today, you may want to grab them again from the NavList archive here:
