Thank you for the input.
You said to look at 6° where the "delta" is 0,00003 and tabulated as 3,0; the 14° line seems to support that approach. So, I guess, the 0° line has a typo: instead of 0,1 it should be 0,4. But what's worse - the actual value is three magnitudes less than that: 0,00000004. Checking that with, say, 61° also gives very different figure (than the tabulated one)...
I'm still very much puzzled. Besides, Mr Doniol does not mention any logarithmic tables required to use his SR method (at least on my level of understanding French).
Please comment.
