Is there a limit to this? As your oil approaches the consistency of toffee, does the time taken to setttle flat uppn first pouring or putting down become impractical? Also, could the breeze cause piling (like it does with tides) despite no ripples? Just a thought. I suppose the proof is in the results. DaveP
