The Nav-Plotter in that Vulcan was Bryn Lewis https://www.suffolknews.co.uk/bury-st-edmunds/news/russian-medal-for-flying-arctic-weatherman-from-bardwell-1-7733233/ who I met a couple of times at RIN events when he was in his 90s. He was an amazing chap and still bright as a button with a wealth of anecdotes to entertain groups with. The bit of the video I liked was after the crew bent one Vulcan, the Detachment Commander trusted them with another one to display the next day. Those were the days.
One name I didn’t expect to hear was that of Rob Klitscher RNZAF, the Co-Pilot of the Sunderland. If it’s the same Rob Klitscher, he went on to gain the DFC flying helicopters in Vietnam with 9Sqn RAAF. Rob was on my Aerosystems Course in 1974 as a Squadron Leader and went on to retire as an Air Vice Marshall. DaveP
