Thanks. That's a great "technology detective story".
It's good to see what Todd Humphreys is up to these days, too. Humphreys is a UT Austin Professor and an expert in modern navigation, GPS etc., and his early experiments on GPS spoofing were a topic for NavList discussions over a decade ago! :)
