Hi David,
Your post reminded me that I received one of these Calendars as a gift many years ago (mine is for 50 Years).
I placed the YEAR (2026) over the MONTH (Jan) and it shows the Day number for the days of the week, which matches the Calendar on my Raspberry Pi.
However your (40Yr) device has the dates "one day out" for Jan 2026.
I think you are using it correctly David, however it is clear it is WRONG !
I think I have attached an image of my 50 Year Calendar to this message.
