Getting back to The N(x) table. This table has Ageton roots and has potential to become an ultra compact primary (not emergency) sight reduction method with 1' precision using a 5 place 10' log sin cos table. Hanno will be producing a version for trial soon. This log sin cos table should fit on one side of a standard sheet of paper with an azimuth graph on the other. The benefit of the table is that there are only additions and subtractions of logs when solving for Hc. The handicap is that there are some special rules as is the case with Pub 211 Ageton. This seems to be yet another cool way to get the job done.
