As I've always said, Geeks Rule. Fiendishly clever and right in front of our eyes, so to speak.
I wonder what the reference plane is for the accelerometer(s). It must be the back of the case, or the edges, or both. Certainly isn't the front surface of the glass. But, it might not be bad.
Download Theodolite app. It's got the output of every sensor in the whole darn iThing.
