It's a Saura HB-65G.
It looks like the Weems, I assumed Saura made them for Weems.
The compass plug is a sold metal plug with a seat resembling a carb needle. Metal to metal.
I should be able to sample the fluid.
Saura is still around. I am going to ask them, even though it is discontinued.
