It's an Aßkamp (or Asskamp) sextant. I wrote a bit more about them here:

The 'CP' in the logo is a marketing trick, I presume. The full name of the company is 'CP Nautische Instrumente R. Aßkamp'.
It is however a very good sextant, still sold, with additional shades, by Cassens & Plath (they acquired Aßkamp).
You can just make out 'Wes' on the right of the arc, part of 'Made in West-Germany'. So that fits with the 1985 date you mentioned.
As to having only 2+2 shades: the C. Plath Navistar Professional, released in 1977, also had 4 shades. Good enough I suppose?
