Thanks for your reply. Still, and
to the best of my (current) knowledge,
* IMCEE enables you to compute hi-accuracy Solar System Bodies positions, but not stars, and
* The US NAVY Server enables you to compute low precision (i.e. +/- 0.05') LOP's and you can trick it into giving you Star Coordinates, but you can get only +/- 0.05' accuracy, and
* I am not aware that JPL enables Star Positions computations ...
Please be so kind as to correct me if I am wrong, and
So, and for the time being, I am not sure whether any web on-line hi accuracy computation is available for Stars apparent coordinates ...
