Bonjour Kermit,
I downloaded the ZIP file you mentioned onto my cute little Raspberry Pi (Linux based) PC, and compiled the Fortran code (which compiled without any errors) and ran the compiled code. Here is a sample output:
---------------------------------------
45.832500 6.864722 53.547
41.362350 -71.96382 -31.441
---------------------------------------
Which is for Mont Blanc and Treworgy Sundial.
I note that in the README.TXT file it says "Executable for Windows XP", I'm assuming your Windows laptop will not run this "XP" code Kermit. I think the issue you have is the very reason I finally abandoned WINDOWS several years ago and switched to Linux.
If you have a long list of coordinates (decimal lat/lon) that you want processed, I'm more than happy to run them on my RPi if you have an urgent task Kermit (you should have my email address).
This coming Sunday, I'm visiting a friend who I gave a "XP pc" to several years ago. I could verify that the "exe" file in the ZIP archive does indeed work OK, if one uses a "XP" Windows computer.
