Happy 50th anniversary for Apollo 11.
Still in awe. One of the greatest human achievements of all time.
As an 18 year old I remember watching this live on a flickering B&W TV with my 72 year old grandfather. He had tears in his eyes after Armstrong's small step.He said " I watched Queen Victoria's funeral and flew primitve anti U boat balloons in WW1.Cannot believe I have lived to see Concorde fly and now this."
After listening again to JFK's 1962 "we choose to go to the moon...." speach,
I just hope your president makes a deal witth the Chinese and does a "We choose to go to Mars...."
But please get going America. I cannot wait 20 years! At least find evidence of life elsewhere.(Triton maybe?).
Just get going.
