It turns out that I do have scans of the Sadler pages from the second edition of Ageton-Bayless, but I can't figure out how to send a private message to Robert.

I grabbed some books off the shelf here at the Treworgy Planetarium at Mystic Seaport (class is on lunch break). Covers in the attached photo. I can scan some pages from any of these if there's interest. The Bayless is the 1980 edition. Does that help? I can't share that publicly since it's still covered by copyright, but I can send a private copy if it's relevant. The older ones by Aquino may already exist online. I haven't checked...
