How woud I apply corrections for altitudes, the "pre-clearing" step, in lunars? Historically at sea they used +12/-20 (LL/UL). Part of that is a conventional EASY (lazy?!) dip value. No dip with an AH, so what would you use?
I went looking for old example of AH kits online. In this image you can see what looks like a collapsed wind screen on the right (like the Davis plastic thing). And the reservoir is in the fore of the photo. Is that iron?? What other metals would work with Mercury?
