Thanks for giving it a try on Linux, and for the feedback.
"Off by tenths of a nm" doesn't quite give me enough to go on yet — could you tell me a bit more?
- Which calculation this is on (sight reduction/intercept, DR/EP, a route, lunar distance…)?
- What you compared it against (Nautical Almanac, another program, a known reference position…)?
- Ideally the exact inputs (UTC date/time, assumed position, and the body if it's a sight reduction) plus the value you got vs. the one you expected?
With that I can try to reproduce it here. This early in the software's life, that's exactly the kind of report I want to chase down — feel free to post the details here or send them to auriciel21@gmail.com, whichever's easier.
