Good question! Yes, proper motion is in there — each star has its own Hipparcos proper motion baked in, applied right at the start of the chain before parallax, aberration and precession/nutation. So that part's covered.

But I'm genuinely curious what you're seeing — if you've got a specific sight (date/time, rough position, which star, how far off) I'd love to take a look rather than just guess. Always good to know if there's actually something to fix.
