Well it has the Portuguese royal coat of arms embossed on it, so -

probably not.
But underwater archaeology is turning up wrecks all over the place in the Med and particularly in the Black Sea where they seem to be particularly well preserved. So, a pre BCE astrolabe turning up looks probable rather than possible, which would be quite exciting.
