I was once looking up this antipode and it was interesting to see what's actually there. Let's call Mecca a place where some sort of "spiritual energy" is released; the anti-Mecca is the place where nuclear energy was and it's radiation probably still is released; the location is more or less exactly the place of the Frchench test site for nuclear bombs...
