in response to your question as to what sextants we use in the Canadian Navy...lol, There are two types...well there was in my ship, but I'll have to get back to you on the specifics. Truthfully, there is the possibility that different ship's throughout the fleet amy have different models and styles. I shall investigate and supply you with a well researched response.
