Yep. That's a standard USN Mk 2. From what I understand, like most government production contracts during the Second World War (and just before?), there were a few manufacturers of these, but they're all basically the same "g.i." design. I have owned two USN Mk 2 sextants in the past couple of decades and have examined and experimented with another half-dozen. If you have one that has remained "tight", they can be great sextants! Often though, they get a little loose which can limit the potential accuracy.
I just checked marinetraffic.com again, and I see Norwegian Joy has now made the 90° turn to port to cut across the Channel for Southampton. Looks like you're already cleared the westbound traffic lane so "smooth sailing" on into port.
More on lunars later today... :)
