The "B-17 Flying Fortress" game: any good as a CelNav simulator?

Hello!
I am told that this game allows a player to take any role in the B-17 crew, including the navigator.
Does this involve doing CN?
The screenshots suggest the game is more about graphics "realism" rather than the paper work I'm looking for.
Does anybody here have an experience with that game?
