Not only is there no mention of the device in the 1951 edition of AFM 51-40 there is no mention of adjusting the LOPs to a common time! Funny I never noticed that before. The 1973 edition only has three pages devoted to this subject and mentions only the correction for MOO, not MOB tables, in HO 249, the same in the 1983 edition.
