The only sites I found with prices that low were sites that showed the original cover price which is not the current price. If you see sites with current prices that low, by all means, send me the links.

I gogeled the topic and a number of listings came up, with some prices that I noticed amounting to a few dollars, less than 10. Possibly I'm not understanding your want. Thought this might help.
