Robert,
Since I do not have a 2nd edition, I cannot copy the Sadler pages for you. Even if I did have a 2nd edition, it probably would not be legal to copy it anyway. However, I am sure that I can locate my Sadler notes, which I used when developing the Sadler part of Celestial Tools. If you would like, I'll try to dig them up and send them to you.
Yes, Celestial Tools is the program currently included in the USPS Navigation course. (FYI, in the Compact Tables, Allan Bayless is shown as the Director of Education, United States Power Squadrons.) It is available as a zipped archive on the USPS web site, but I'm not sure if non-members can access it. I periodically attach Celestial Tools to a NavList message, but I'd rather not clutter up everybody's mailboxes with attachments, so I have also made it available as an RAR archive at www.celestialtools.webs.com.
Stan

Having researched a bit further I am wanting the 2nd edition so I can read the Sadler mods more directly. I will probably plunk down the cash in the next couple of days so I can get on with my project.
I assume by Celestial Tools are you referring to the USPS references.
FWIW, Celestial Tools includes sight reductions by the original Ageton, Ageton-Bayless (compact), and, when appropriate, the Sadler technique, all reached by clicking on the "H.O. 211" button under "SR Methods & Fix".
