Hi folks, kinda the way Bill said I start a sort of rhythmic cadence from a known time,e.g., start swinging the arc at 9-00-00 while maintaining limb coincidence and stopping at ten or whatever convenient second. Graphing Hs vs time is a pretty good indication of observation prowess. HTH.
