    Bill,

Check out my message g25690 of 8 Dec 2013.  It shows a device that you probably would have liked but, sadly, is no longer available.  Maybe one can be found on the used market.

Subject: [NavList] Best way to record time for solo sights

I have taken to setting the stop watch going close to a minute (or better an hour), noting the error in seconds, then pressing the lap timer button. Anyone got any better simple solutions to recording the time for each sight? It would be nice to have a button on my sextant I could press with my right hand but that recorded time not stop watch. Rather than making something I feel sure such a thing already exists for some other purpose.
