I'm glad to see that interest in the Bygrave still comes to the surface from time to time. If you search navlist for the subject Bygrave or MHR1 you'll find lots of entries. Bill Morris built his Bygrave using scales I coded in PostScript and using tubes Wolfgang Hasper had for sale. I summarized some of the resources at https://navlist.net/Buy-build-modern-Bygrave-slide-rule-Stuart-oct-2019-g46008 . The Postscript code for the scales is configurable for any tube size but unfortunately the latest version of the go-to postscript interpreter, Ghostview, is unsupported and doesn't seem to work recent Windows PC's. Earlier versions have been removed. Maybe things work better on other operating systems.
Good Luck!
