The zip file attached to

includes a document with an introduction to Postscript and a detailed explanation of how to use the Postscript. The Postscript files are essentially programs that get run through ghostview to produce printable output. The pdf files that the Postscript files generate are also included in the zip. You will need to edit 2 lines in the Postscript files using a plain text editor to input your tube sizes.
Although it is preferable in many ways to "teach a man to fish", now that I have a working version of ghostview again on my PC it is very easy for me to generate a pdf file of the required scales if you provided me with your diameters.
Also in the zip file are Postscript and pdf files for a couple variants of the flat Bygrave.
I have reached out to Wolfgang Hasper through the last contact information I had for him. If it still works and he is available then there might be a response through Navlist,
