Gents,
My Missus is on my case about my huge book
collection (again) so I am trying to weed it out. My entreaties to her about how
a man could cultivate far worse habits are falling on deaf ears. Maybe I should
take up heavy drinking instead?
Anyway, being the inveterate bibliophile, I cannot
bring myself to just tossing them in the trash so I will give them to whomever
wants them.
Up for grabs:
1. Brown's Nautical Almanac 1978. Emphermal
data is of no use but this book is full of other useful information and
tables and the advertisements are priceless.
2. Norrie's Nautical Tables 1977.
If you are interested in these (you get them both),
drop me a note with your name. Tomorrow night, I will put the names in a hat,
assuming I get some bites and the lucky winner will get two vintage navigation
books free of charge, postage paid.
