Well I sure hope someone can, because that's my auction! It's a very nice copy. Maybe you couldn't find a pdf of it to download simply because you are off by one year. The sixth edition of Bowditch was published in 1826. You can find links to numerous editions, mostly in pdf format, of Bowditch in a little online index that I maintain here:

By the way, keep an eye out on my user ID on ebay in the next couple of weeks. I'm selling a number of navigation books, a couple of sextants (including a nice old vernier sextant from c.1895), and also another Polhemus computer. Freeing up some cash for a new project!
